    The Culture of Internet Comments

Extreme warning: The language in these videos can easily be offensive.

So why am I collecting them?

They are mocking the culture of internet commentors and while offensive - they are definitely capturing something. I laughed because parts of it ring true. That says more about the culture that is growing online than it does about College Humor who made the videos.

It brings to mind one of my favorite quotes from when Time Magazine named "YOU" person of the year.

"Some of the comments on YouTube make you weep for the future of humanity just for the spelling alone, never mind the obscenity and the naked hatred."
